Alterations Waiver and Release of Liability

You authorize Sew More Couture, LLC, and its representatives to modify, cut, or disassemble my garment(s) as necessary to complete the requested alterations.

Sew More Couture, LLC reserves the right to reschedule any appointments as deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Services such as steaming and pressing are NOT included in the base tailoring services and must be requested separately.

Sew More Couture, LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing stains, damage, beading, dirt, rips, or tears on the garment(s) before or during the alterations process.

Upon final pick-up, the Client’s acceptance of the garment(s) is considered an acknowledgment of satisfaction with the fit and condition of the garment(s).

All alterations are final; no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Any concerns or complaints must be communicated to Sew More Couture, LLC, during and before the final fitting process. In the event of any dispute, Sew More Couture, LLC reserves the exclusive right to determine an appropriate resolution.

Once the garment(s) have been picked up and left the premises of Sew More Couture, LLC, neither the company nor its employees or contractors, including seamstresses and tailors, shall be held liable for any issues after that, including but not limited to wrinkles, stains, wear and tear, bustles falling out, or similar concerns, etc. The Client is responsible for inspecting the garment(s) during the final fitting and pick-up.
Sew More Couture, LLC shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, bodily injury, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, loss of use, pain and suffering, or mental anguish arising from or related to the services provided. Additionally, Sew More Couture, LLC's liability for any direct damages arising from or in connection with the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
